soy milk vs cows milk
Hi, I was told thatt soy milk is not good for you. I was also told that soy is better then for you then cows milk. Does anyone have any knowledge of the rue facts or can you reccomend where I might find actual studies on this. I like both but am rying o ge away from most dairy products other then eggs.
