calorie question- PLEASE HELP:)
if MFP is telling me to eat 1200 calories a day- should i up it? i want to gain some muscle and dont really know how to go about doing that.. i have 2 young children at a young age so its slightly hard for me to get to a gym(please dont take that as an excuse! if i could more i would!) i know i did 1200 a day before and it…
