well technically my goal weight is 105-110 and im 5'2"
realisticly i dont care much about my goal weight as long as i get toned.. i had 2 csections so its really hard to tone my stomach area and even read that its impossible without surgery but im trying! any advice would be great:)

ok, if you're at 124 now then you can still eat at a larger deficit. use the road map to help you figure out your TDEE and subtract 20% from it. however, make sure that isn't below your BMR (the road map will help you find out both). when you get down to about 10 lbs to lose, recalculate your TDEE - 10% and eat that until you hit your weight (road map: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912920-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-2013?hl=road+map)

for helping with your c-section i would look into the 30 day shred. i've not done it myself but i've seen that a lot of people on here have gotten great results. if you do some searches too, you can find a lot more women like yourself who were able to get all toned up even after the c-sections :-) it's only about 30 mins long. luckily you're still young so that gives you an edge!
