I am 30, a few months shy from 31, and I am ready to get my health back. I just started the Optifast 800 plan. If you are also on that plan, please add me as a friend. Question about ankle weights
Do they help anything just by walking in them daily? Does it strengthen anything or help anything? Thanks...... I just bought some for my workouts but was just curious if they would benefit me in any way if i wore them all the time.
