Starting the Optifast plan in Louisiana

I am 30, a few months shy from 31, and I am ready to get my health back. I just started the Optifast 800 plan. If you are also on that plan, please add me as a friend. I also created an Optifast group, so we can do discussions in there. If you were on it and aren't anymore, can you please tell me why.
