Yesterday I forgot to bring my breakfast/snack bag to work Because of that I was under my calorie intake. Can I use them today? Are they like rollover minutes??? Mostly asking cause I know eating below isn't good. So is it best to make them up? Or get up, dust yourself off And try again tomorrow???
