  • I give them full credit. But unfortunately it just sets them up for failure in the long run. They aren't learning lifestyle change. Everything is taken to extreme. Diet, exercise, emotional support.
  • If it wasn't for crystal light I would be dyhdrated. So in my case the benefit outweighs in the risk. Drinking 100-200 empty calories x 2-5 times a day isn't healthy either.
  • I'm 1,200 weekday and I up to 1,600 weekends. This way mg metabolism doesn't get stuck in a rut so far so good. I cheat but still try to make smart decisions. And if I didn't meet my calories (especially exercise one) I'll carry them over to the weekend. More incentive to exercise lol
  • I would log it modified! My opinion there is two types of exercise. Cardiovascular and fun exercise.   • Monthly wouldn't motivate me enough. I try biweekly I don't own a scale for that very reason. I would OCD and being a woman water weight can drive you batty!! So I use my mother in laws scale But it's old school and at 36 I'm starting to have a hard time reading it So I use my gym scale too lol
