Warm-up help
Started Stronglifts but am confused on warm up reps. Do warm up reps count as part of my 5 sets or do I do the warm up reps then 5 sets at weight? NSV- First 5K
I started the C25K program the end of April. on week 7 but decided on a whim to sign up for a 5k on Saturday. I am still not a fast runner so i set a goal of 40 mins to complete it. Happy to report that I finished it in 37:24!! It was such i high and I cant wait to do it again. :happy:
