10,000 steps!
When I lost all this weight (50 pounds) the first time (5 years ago!) I used to walk 10,000 steps a day and it helped alot!! So this morning I decided to take a walk and took my pedometer with me for the 1st time in over a year. I managed to take 10,500 steps in the 90 minute walk! I just bought Biggest Loser ,Last Chance Workout. I am excited to try it tonight! Does anyone have an experience with it? Any tips? I was also wondering if anyone has any other good suggestions for workouts for a beginner? Thanks!

What would work best?
The site is telling me I should eat 1200 calories a day. Should I only eat 1200 calories or can I add on my exercise calories onto the amount I can eat in a day? Any input would be great! Thank you!
