10,000 steps!

When I lost all this weight (50 pounds) the first time (5 years ago!) I used to walk 10,000 steps a day and it helped alot!! So this morning I decided to take a walk and took my pedometer with me for the 1st time in over a year. I managed to take 10,500 steps in the 90 minute walk! I think this is just what I needed to get going again! I kept telling myself that the 10,000/day wasn't possible anymore due to my job and just not having time, but I can do it again! Thanks for letting me share.
