Hi, I had a little question about exercising with a jump rope. How long am I supposed to do that? Or should I rather count up to a certain number of jumps? And what is the difference between fast and slow jumping?Is it better if I do it a few times a day for a bit or rather just once, but then longer? I hope someone can…

I'm new here^^ I've tried reducing how much I eat, I exercised, I worked for 5 weeks (I'm a student btw), but it didn't do anything at all, so my Mum recommended me this, and I want to try it. Wish me luck :D
