Hmm, a plateau...what should I change?
My diary is open. FYI, if you see a day that has nothing there it means I ate the identical meal as the day before. I rarely miss days though. Any thoughts about what should be changed?

I don't understand why my carbs are set so high
Ok here's the thing. My TDEE is roughly 2400. I have it set at losing 1.5 lb a week (which I recently changed from 2 lb per week as I get closer to my target weight.)
