When I started my journey about this time last year I was a pants size 20!!(US) Today I put on a size 13 while not "skinny" or "my healthy size" this is a huge deal that brought me to tears. I try and stay within all my limits and I read on here all the time you should eat the exercise calories to. If I do that I go above my limits in fats, sugars, proteins, pretty much everything. So the question is What are you supposed to do? (I eat good healthy foods to i dont eat junk!)
