Any 5'4" Ladies currently around 154 lbs (70 kgs) ?
Hey guys I'm looking for support from ladies my size (height and weight) so if anyone here who is about 5'4" 154 lbs and planning to loose around 20 lbs by 1st December please respond. Would LOVE some support and advise from you all.

Realistic goal? 15 lbs down in 30 days
I want to lose 15 lbs before july starts! Is my goal realistic or will I end up being disappointed? i currently weight 160 lbs and i want to go down to 144 lbs. Anybody who has a similar goal or has already accomplished it? Any sort of advice/review would be really helpful. Thnaks

cabbage soup diet- a good quick fix?
