OMG ALWAYS HAPPENS WITH ME! I'm glad I'm done with my exams :D I just don't diet anymore when exams are round the corner just try contorling my portions and maintaining my weight :)

Add your goals and goal weight and MFP will tell you how many calories you should be eating. It's that simple :) And yea exercise as well, even if it's just 10 mins of walking.. JUST DO IT! You'll start losing those extra pounds in no time. Oh oh and also, DON'T starve yourself but dont overeat either.

After a cheat day/week I weigh myself the next morning just to check how bad i fell and then the next weigh in happens excatly a week later. I try to make up for my loss that week.

thats the sad part, i gained 4 lbs back :( so i just lost 4 lbs.

hmm i think i'll just set my mind to losing 8 lbs this month but will give it my best in the hope to lose more. haha :) i guess thats all i can do.. and yeah you guys are right if i go crazy this month i might end up gaining some, if not all, back next month. so yeah its better if i take things slow and steady :D thank you…
