Insanity results without shakeology?
Hey, I'm a student and really cannot afford ahakeology, which some people say is good to have when you do insanity. Has anyone done insanity without shakeology and still got results?? Thanks :D

Is insanity worth the money?
I'm really interested in buying the Insanity workout, but been off a little by the price :/ Is it worth the money? Does it lose fat as well as tone?? Thanks :D

Haven't eaten dinner but not hungry :/
So according to my food log, I have eaten 800 calories so far today and have done quite a bit of exercise: jog, kettlebells and about an hour of walking. But i'm not hungry, do I just eat for the sake of it??
