So my fitness pal suggested I use the under armour record feature on my phone to help track my steps and exercise. Trouble is, I can't figure this silly app out. Does anyone on here use this app and if so can you help me out?? Becky :)

Severe GERD

Hi everyone. I came in a couple months ago and introduced myself and then ended up having some surgery and took some time away but I am finally released to go back to regular life and glad to be back on the page. Hoping to make lots of friends here for motivation and support

Well today totally SUCKED!!
I didn't just fall off the wagon, I threw myself off with my hands and feet tied down and mouth wide open. Seriously - wanna know what I had for lunch?? A BANANA SPLIT!! It was a very emotional day and I am an emotional eater. How do I get over that???
