I was successful and lost 65 pounds. Unfortunately I let other things get me distracted and gained 35 pounds back. So I am back trying to get back in the habit of eating properly and exercising. Any good suggestions on good foods with almost no calories?
My motivationame was to increase the amount of fuel and passengers that I could carry in my airplane. For example... if I lost 36 lbs. That equates to 6 gallons more fuel that I can carry. Ever since I lost 65 lbs I noticed that my airplane climbs better. Christmas and family stress not to mention a knee injury... I gained back nearly 20 lbs. but I have now got back on the wagon and have been progressing again. I can't run for exercise yet but I fast walked 3mi on Thursday, 65Lbs! That is more than 1 hour…
