I've been slacking on my exercise and I want to do a challenge of some sort to get me back into it. I know there is couch to 5k which I'm contemplating but I'm looking more for weight loss/toning 30 challenges. Any of you fitness freaks have a good (maybe easy) challenge you want to share?
