I just got the all "No Evidence of Disease" after dealing with a cancer diagnosis the last year. I am ready to get back into shape and lose some of the weight I gained via steroids (and laziness). I started an ab challenge this month with a few friends for accountability as well as using my recumbent bike daily. Here's to a new chapter and to health!

Oh, my gosh: That's wonderful news! I'm a 20+ year survivor of stage III breast cancer, myself. I remember that "right after treatment" phase, feeling better but also wanting to work to get stronger and be healthier. Good for you, getting started with an ab challenge and the biking. Wishing you huge success!0
