Any good 30 day workout plans?

I've been slacking on my exercise and I want to do a challenge of some sort to get me back into it. I know there is couch to 5k which I'm contemplating but I'm looking more for weight loss/toning 30 challenges. Any of you fitness freaks have a good (maybe easy) challenge you want to share?

    Not sure if you had something like these in mind. Both Jillian Michaels dvds. 30 day shred is on youtube for free if you want to check it out.

    I like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! It is hard but it's great and only takes up 20 minutes a day.

    I would find a long term program you can stick with, and build on. Not saying there's anything wrong with exercise DVD's, but I didn't start enjoying exercise again, until I had clear goals of what I wanted to accomplish.

    well, I really like working out, even if its just boring treadmill for 30-40 minutes, I just wanted something new and semi easy to try at home on days where I can't get to the gym. Also trying new stuff always gets me pumped :D
