Any good 30 day workout plans?

I've been slacking on my exercise and I want to do a challenge of some sort to get me back into it. I know there is couch to 5k which I'm contemplating but I'm looking more for weight loss/toning 30 challenges. Any of you fitness freaks have a good (maybe easy) challenge you want to share?

I like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! It is hard but it's great and only takes up 20 minutes a day.0

I would find a long term program you can stick with, and build on. Not saying there's anything wrong with exercise DVD's, but I didn't start enjoying exercise again, until I had clear goals of what I wanted to accomplish.0 -
well, I really like working out, even if its just boring treadmill for 30-40 minutes, I just wanted something new and semi easy to try at home on days where I can't get to the gym. Also trying new stuff always gets me pumped0
