HRM and calorie counter
I recently purchased a HRM watch, and was wondering if you know how accurate these are? I used it and calcualted it on my walk today, and it differs from the calories in the exercise database that MFP has? Is my watch not accurate or is the MFP database not calculating my exercise properly?

i was wondering how people log team sports? Wondering if they only log the amount of time they are actually play or if they log the whole game. 1 lb in 3 weeks
HI all, I have been using MFP since the first of January, lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, and now have only lost 1 lb in the last 3 weeks. I have been staying within my calorie allotment, as well as now adding exercise to my routine. Any suggestions or reasons why I can't seem to get past this 10 lb mark?
