Returning to work after mat leave... any suggestions

I am returning to work next week after being off for 10 months on maternity leave. I joined MFP 1/2 way through my leave. Any suggestions on meals or snacks that I should consider adding to my diet. The hard part is that I am returning to a 12 hr shift work schedule with days and nights. Any other shift works that have recommendations?

    My biggest piece of advice is to be patient with yourself (and your family, and work colleagues....) Next, if you have access to a fridge at work, stock it with staples that go bad slowly (baby carrots, hummus, apples, salad dressing, blue cheese, etc.) I have room for a large container of spinach or salad greens as well, so make a salad every day for lunch and don't have to have remembered my lunch every day (just on Mondays). I also have a couple of emergency meals....cup of soups, a can of chili, fiber plus bars..stashed in my desk drawer for those days when salad is an unsatisfactory option.
