I lost 52 pounds in the last year, essentially without exercise, following a 1200, low, but complex carb only diet. I am now finally adding exercise....30 minutes of strength training and 20-30 minutes of cardio 3 days per week. Should I be increasing my caloric intake, or can I continue with the same targets?
