Help please
I've been doing this website and doing really well. I've always been a walking and bike rider but as we are in winter it has been more walker. I have recently just brought a cross trainer and am not having the same weight loss. Is this normal? Im feeling very upset

Cross Trainer
Hi I have been walking most days between 30 to 45 mins. Have been losing weight slowly with life style chooses. As we are in the middle of winter I brought a cross trainer and have been doing between 5 to 15 mins worth. So what am I not losing any weight? Im staying under my calories? Im feeling really dissapointed.

Dinner Ideas with out any fat
I have 550 calories left but have used up all my fat, what are some idea's people. :)

One meal out!
Took my parent out to burger king today and thought Ill be good and not have any chips, so had the bk chicken burger and a choc thick shake big big mistake. There is more calories in the thick shake then the burger. I could of had burger and chips and no drink and would be find. man.......
