I've been doing this website and doing really well. I've always been a walking and bike rider but as we are in winter it has been more walker. I have recently just brought a cross trainer and am not having the same weight loss. Is this normal? Im feeling very upset

Are you still burning the same amount of calories? How long have you had the cross trainer for...if it's only a couple of weeks you could just be at a natural plateau and you might find it starts coming off again after a little while.0
