Dinner Ideas with out any fat

I have 550 calories left but have used up all my fat, what are some idea's people. :)

    I currently use Designer Whey protein...although there are many other protein shakes...drink one of those, then call it a night!

    ahh man where to start stop worrying about fats seriously....unless your talking straight up deep fried grease fat then dont bother worrying. Fat doesnt make you fat over eating does plain and simple. Your body needs fats, and carbs

    Protein shake? 0g of fat. Depends on protein shake

    Egg whites- depends how many you eat

    Sweet potato- 162 calories (medium sized) 0g fat

    Fat Free Cottage Cheese- 100 calories

    These all have 0g of fat and decent amounts of healthy calories

    For protein, meat, they pretty much all have fat. Small amounts of fat. Like tomorrow I am having Extra Lean Jennie-O Turkey for our 4th of July grill out party. It only has 1.5g of fat per 4oz!!

    It doesn't overly matter if you are under your calories and over your fat; just means you have high energy macronutrients in your day.

    I've never paid attention to macros of carbs/fat etc...some days I eat more of one thing, other days less...it all evens out. With 500 cals spare....what I ate would depend on how hungry I was...

    Hungry = Eat something filling
    Not hungry = Eat something small but calorie dense
    Really not hungry = Bank the cals for another day.
