Calorie intake question?
If I want to lose weight using calories and exercise, should I be eating 1200 and exercising, or say.. I eat 1500 calories and exercise and that exercise burns 300 calories. But by the end of the day I still have 1200 calories, is that how it works? Because I tried 1200 and exercise and I lost weight but gained it back…

Hi, I would like help on making a workout plan, just a general idea basically. I want to be doing cardio and strength training but im not sure where to start.
