Do you eat your "exercise" calories?
I'm new to the program (joined last year, but never did anything) ... as a former WW'er I'm wondering ... do you eat the calories you earn for exercise? TIA :flowerforyou:

Grapes?
Today is my first day ... I had a snack of 28 red seedless grapes ... when I enter the food there are about a gazillion choices for grapes and the calories for the quantity I ate range from 45 - 100+ ... how do I know what's right????? HELP!!!!! TIA :wink: Kelly
