First Day

Hello! I joined last night and started today ... I've done every diet known to man and usually am feeling discouraged already by the end of the first day, but am not feeling that way, I think it's the lack of "rules" here on MFP ... this may be just what I need! I'm going to check out a gym tonight and am planning to join unless there's something that really turns me off.

I don't have a "set" goal in mind ... probably 80-90 pounds, my plan is to just keep plugging away until I get to a point where I look and feel good ... my best guess is that's when it'll happen, it's been a loooooong time since I've seen that weight!!! LOL

I live in southwestern suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA and would love to find a walking buddy so if you're local and looking for an exercise buddy, please message me!!

Of course, I'm looking for online buddies, too ... I've got one and it makes for a pretty boring news feed! I'm a 42 year old working mom who is dying for the day when I see Onederland on the scale again! If you're in a similar boat I'd love to hear from you! :)
