My calorie goal has been 1560 and dropped today to 1240! I checked to see if my goal settings or weight were the same-and they were. I went in an updated my 1 lb loss, thinking this would reset it to a reasonable calorie goal -nope, still at 1240. Geesh, its hard enough keeping the 1560. Has anyone experienced this?
Coffee addict here (with no plans of giving it up). Currently I put in 3 tbs of cinnamon vanilla creamer every morning but its so caloric at 105 calories. Any lower calorie alternatives?
