Too much fat?
I'll preface this by saying I eat real foods. We drink raw milk from a nearby farmer, eat eggs from happy farm chickens, only use real organic butter, enjoy good cheese, make yogurt from our raw milk, buy a 1/2 a cow and chickens from our organic farmer and then obviously lots of fresh fruits & veggies and whole grains…

Zig Zaggin Calories?
I've heard several people on here mention "zig zagging calories." What does that mean? Is it just eating 1300 one day, 1500 the next day, 1200 the next, etc... just to keep your body guessing? Can someone fill me in on what it is and if it works. I'm intrigued.

Going over the recommended fat intake amount?
I seem to be right on in the calorie dept, but it seems I keep going over my recommended fat intake for the day by 5-15 fat grams. I know if that happened now and then that it wouldn't be a big deal, but it seems to be happening pretty often which may explain stalling out at a 6lbs loss. I feel like a lot of my fat intake…
