Hi girls!!!!!

I'm sorry I didn't post this yesterday! I'm already messed up this week and have been thinking that today is Monday instead of Tuesday. Anyway, can you believe we are almost 1/2 through our challenge?! I hope everyone is doing well!!

    My favorite move is a bowler's lunge with some 25lbs weights in each hand! Really targets the outer thigh and bum!! Like this, but GO SLOW and use weights!!! And really push up through your front heel. :Dhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fhGEDRBjBk

    What's your workout schedule look like this week?
    Monday: yardwork (installing a flagstone patio & moving sod!)
    Tuesday: rest day (I've got a stupid cold)
    Wednesday: ChaLEAN Burn Circuit 3, run & abs
    Thursday: ChaLEAN Burn Circuit 1
    Friday, ChaLEAN Burn Circuit 2 (really hoping TurboFire arrives!)
    Saturday: EcoTrek (super fun, it's like an outdoor bootcamp)
    Sunday: probably more yardwork

    Yesterday was still a Holiday so we will cut you a break :-)

    Current Weight: 153.6 I lost another .6 lbs for a total of 1.2 lbs since the beginning. (not counting the 4 I gained and then lost)

    QOTW: Favorite move would be leg raises with a sculpting band. Not only does it work the butt but also the thighs!

    Workout this week: ChaLean Push phase workouts + cardio workouts, zumba, pilates, core and maybe another run if my foot is feeling better.

    I'm going to weigh in tomorrow. Starting to train for Half Marathon. Here is my work out schedule for the week

    Monday: Yoga Meltdown (done!)
    Tuesday: 3 M Run; JM 6W6P
    Wed: 2 mile run (SpeedWork) : JM 6W6P
    Thursday: 3M Run; JM 6W6P
    Friday: REST
    Saturday: JM 6W6P + 3M Run
    Sunday: JM 6W6P + 4M Run

    Ok just to disclaim this I had a major slip up last week (hence why I didn't check in) and had to take some time out to get back in the right head space. But I'm back, determined and feeling good!

    Question of the week: What's your favorite move for sculpting hot legs or a beach bum? Bavarian Lunges, like a normal lunge except put your back leg up on a bench behind you. Hold hand weights for extra burn :)

    Wednesday Yoga and 4k interval training + 5 k pace run

    Total pounds lost since the start: I believe none but I have lost inches :) A whole inch off my thighs in 2 weeks. :) Also hoping to get back to losing this week since TOM was last week.

    What's your workout schedule look like this week? Ripped in 30, 50 reg crunches, 50 reverse crunches and starting tomorrow I am going to do push-ups and hoping to work my way up to military style since my upper body strength sucks.

    I ate like crap over the weekend. I haven't weighed myself in days, I'm a little scared to do so now. My regular weigh in day is Monday, so I'll just weigh in tomorrow.

    I'm doing 30DS Level 2 this week, as well as 30 min Leslie Sansone videos every day.

    Current weight: 191......lost a total of 2 pounds since beginning.

    My favorite move for toning and sculpting.....I really do not have one.....am going to try moves suggested here!!!

    My workout schedule for the week includes Turbo Fire, running/walking on treadmil, and bike riding.

    I am really hoping for a good loss this next week...my schedule is all messed up because of the holiday weekend!

    Workout schedule:
    Wed: P90X Back & Biceps
    Thurs: 10 mile run & P90X Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
    Friday: 5 mile run & P90X Legs & Back
    Saturday: Loooooong run (4+ hours. Distance 25-30 miles) My broken toe is still bothering me & now I've got some weird lower leg issue that I haven't quite identified yet. I've only got 3 weeks until the big race so I'm praying my body holds up until then!

    Hi ladies! I'm pretty sure I drank my body weight in beer this weekend so I wasn't really expecting to see a loss. I maintained this week- not too bad. It's June and for me June is all about consistency.

    Fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats and daily exercise.

    Well, I had a terrible week last week. Lost half a pound and got so excited that I binged for four days. So...
    Scale said 123.5 this morning but know that I was 123 last week some time! I didn't want to weigh in this week at all, but its the first of June! So I had to! Goal is to lose 3.5-4.5 more pounds by July :D Which means I have to stop binging..

    Current weight: 123.5

    Weight lost since the start: 3.5 pounds (only half a pound off track from my goal of 1 pound a week)

    I like to use the cycle for my thighs and the cross trainer for all muscles pertaining to my butt.

    I don't have a work out schedule this week. I'm trying to take it easy since I work so much. If there is a day where I feel like "yeah, I've got the energy to get there" then I'll get there. Otherwise I'm getting back to the gym next week.

    What's your workout schedule look like this week?
    Monday Hiit~ on Elliptical 30 min, circuit training (20bicep curls, planks, pushups, cruches, obliquie cruches, mountain climbers x3sets) (20jumping jacks, lunges, burpies, back lifts) 45min power walk later morning.

    Tues. Run Hiit training (6mph run2 min. alt. with high interval runs for 1 min at 8mph, 9mph, and 10mph)
    long stretching session and abs..45 min power walk with high jump intervals.

    Wed (same as Mon)

    Thurs (same as Tues)

    Friday (same as monday, but mow lawn instead of power walk)

    Sat~ rest or easy walk dog

    Sun~ 10 mile run..Yikes!!!!

    I have to say that running has made my legs very nice :wink:

    Sunday: 1.8 mile walk and line dancing for a couple songs while out :drinker:
    Monday: C25K and weights
    Tuesday: rest day
    Wednesday: C25K and yoga (doing a fit test tonight before exercising, you can too if you check out my blog :flowerforyou: )
    Thursday: Fat burn on the treadmill (or walking if I go to my parents instead of the YMCA) and weights
    Friday: C25K and weights
    Saturday: Hiking and rest because Sunday I do the Warrior Dash!!!!! :bigsmile:
    **I take my two breaks at work and walk a mile in 20 minutes, so that is an additional workout each day

    Question of the week: What's your favorite move for sculpting hot legs or a beach bum? I really workout on the Stair Master. I walk up from each side, I walk forward & skip a step and as I bring my leg up to skip that step I extend it back and squeeze my bum. My daughter told me just the other day my bum was getting tigher and toned. Great NSV. I also use the glute extenstion machine. Its a standing machine. I do about 70 pds.
