How to incorporate a heavy weight lifting routine with aerobics on off days
Hi, everyone - I take aerobics, which incorporates light weight lifting (no more than 10 pounds) in the last 20 minutes of class. I am planning on starting a weight lifting routine next week with much heavier weights. If I do that, should I not use weights in the last 20 minutes of my aerobics class? Or perhaps very light…
