Hilarious! I'm at my desk trying to laugh super quietly, but I think my co-workers are starting to catch on!

I can relate to the Indian food. For me, it would probably be Mexican food. Good for you - that is definitely a victory!
-
You can add me - I am embracing the EM2WL approach and, like you, don't like the whole approach of eating as little as possible and people congratulating you for it. :noway:

I'm curious to see what you think of Slow and Heavy. I'm sore - just as predicted - but it feels good to know that I worked my body and challenged it. I feel like it's saying, "Finally! The girl gets it!" :0)

Go to "Tools" and you'll see a tab for "BMR" - you can do the calculation there and see what you get.

What do you have your weekly weight loss goal set to? That's probably where the discrepancy is. You can check the BMR MFP gives you here and I'm trying to remember where it is. It can't know how much you eat unless you tell it - same limitation with the Body Bugg and any other device out there. You can either use the Fitbit site to enter your food (and any activity that the device can't capture) or you can do it here and sync it with the Fitbit site. The food database here is definitely better,…

It calculates your base calories on your sex, age, weight and height and the rest is determined from your movement. it can't tell everything, such as if you're…

Thank you! That's exactly what I needed! :flowerforyou:

Mmmm - sounds delicious! I found my pressure cooker in my basement this weekend - I've never even used it. How sad is that?

Hi, Degan - I hear you! I read the book "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" a few months ago and thought it made SUCH sense, but I couldn't imagine having the courage to actually do it. After another 6 week stretch of dieting, followed by another 3 week stretch of eating everything that wasn't nailed down, I have finally…

I love Moving Comfort, too. I have recently tried out Enell bras and they are also good.

I always joke that my girls each have their own zip code. They are completely obnoxious, but they have reduced in the past when I have been at a lighter weight. (Crossing fingers.)

Your secret is safe with me. I did a vegetarian diet for about 3 months last year - I liked it. The family - not so much.
