I think I may be a closeted vegetarian.

This could be bad.

If anyone finds out, I'll be kicked out of Texas for sure.

My boyfriend is anti-vegetarian (my vegetarian brother came to visit for the last week and every time we went to eat, my boyfriend ordered meat just to tease him, haha) and he loves that soup. Throw some red pepper flakes on there and it's fantastic (and it makes a LOT, you'll want to share).

Haha! I think you may be right. I've been in TX for about 2 years now and boy do they like their meat! Can't help you with your recipes though...I like my meat too
