Hi, i started running a couple of months ago. not too much, just 3 days a week, 3 miles everyday. Green tea = weight loss?
I have just started drinking gree tea..i like it .. way better than coffee. It keeps me alert and the hot water regulates my system so well.. i try to have 4-5 cups a day.. i was wondering if there are any people who have lost weight with green tea? i read somewhere that you can .. but has it worked for anyone here?

proteins for vegetarians?
I'm not vegan, but i do not eat any meat and no eggs.. i do have dairy products though.. i read somewhere that having too much soy milk increases your estrogen levels too high.. so i'm somewhat skeptical about it. i like the regular milk a lot more anyway.
