Post gym snack
I'm always hungry post gym and usually still have a 100 cal to spend, I don't want to eat back my exercise calories though. Any good post gym snacks that are veggie and lactose free? At the moment I have a glass of skimmed lactofree milk...:(

SUGAR!!!
My recommended sugar intake is set at 29, now I know my diet is high in sugar and it is something a am addressing once I have got used to lowering my calorie intake, but realistically? 29 is not achievable for me.
