Post gym snack

I'm always hungry post gym and usually still have a 100 cal to spend, I don't want to eat back my exercise calories though. Any good post gym snacks that are veggie and lactose free? At the moment I have a glass of skimmed lactofree milk...:(

100 calorie and only veggie?
broccoli and cauliflower with hot sauce0 -
12g whey protein powder and 125ml of (lactose free)milk: 93kcal*. If the shake is too thick, add water. Enjoy!
*That is what I get using my brands, it will obviously differ slightly0 -
Vegan or just vegetarian?
I like a hardboiled egg (70 cal)... or a protein/granola bar. Alternately, raw veggies like carrot sticks or celery and salsa for dipping?0
