I have lost 13 pounds so far, so I am just past the half-way mark to my goal!!! Dukan predicts I'll hit goal in mid-September, but if I get there in 6 weeks (end of Sept) I will be ecstatic. Anyone else halfway yet?
Okay, the oat bran pancake is a great idea. It tastes like sawdust and is dense. I've made one thinner by adding water (I wanted something like a tortilla to make a turkey wrap) but it fell apart.
