Question regarding high fat ratio??
I would appreciate some help on this. I am trying to figure out a successful ratio to follow. I would prefer a low-carb diet as bread is my weakness-I crave it and it makes me very bloated. I have currently inputted a ratio of 20% carbs, 45% proteins and 35% fats. By fats I stick to the good fats (olive oil, nuts, avocado)…
