One day my food diary says my Sugar goal is 35. The next is says 24. How can that be. Should not my goal be the same day to day? Thank you for any and all help.
So much confusing information on egg whites. When adding my scrambled egg whites to my diary the database has some selections with 0 cholesterol and some with 200 plus for two egg whites. Anybody have the definitive answer?
