are there new moms like me here? hope you can share how you take time and effort to work out esp if your baby is only weeks old.. i really need motivation.. need to lose 50 lbs..
hi, for 30 day shredders, do you do other exercises or work out other than this 20min workout? Im 5'4, gained 60lbs during pregnancy and wanted to lose 80lbs. I already lost 30 so im down to 50 more. Do i need more exercises other than 30ds? Im counting calories too.. Thanks!
