are there new moms like me here? hope you can share how you take time and effort to work out esp if your baby is only weeks old.. i really need motivation.. need to lose 50 lbs..

If you're baby is only weeks old - you should still be recovering :-) Rest up, enjoy those first weeks with your newborn - the weightloss will come soon enough! Congratulations!0
