When I am at work, I am on my feet for eight hours a day. I have lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks. My problem comes on my days off. MFP has me @ 1320 for the day with light activity. This, they discribe as a sales person. I am a sales person, and I am walking 8 hours a day, 4 to 5 days a week. My BMR is 1542 to maintain, and waking 2mph for 8 hours burns 1509, for a total of 3351. My question is, do I need to log some of my working day as exercise and…

Splurge days
How many are strict eaters but allow them selves 1 day to splurge? I find that if I have a splurge day (ie: A slice of pizza or a plate of pasta or a slice of cake etc.) once a week, that I lose weight better. Anyone else do this or am I just weird?
