In my state, employers do not have to give you a break or lunch for an eight hour shift. Not all state labor laws are the same. I agree with bringing a pre packaged protien drink and having that at work. The only other thing you cou can do is find another job.

Eat between 5 or 6 SMALL meals a day. An example, XXXX cals / 5 meals a day is XXX cals per meal. The more times you feed your body, the more your body has to work (matabolise) the food. Hope this makes sence.

I weighed myself at 6am (when I get up) and at 8pm, just befor bed, for a week. My weight averages about 2.5 pounds a day. I also keep a daily log of when I step on the scale each morning, after I pee and befor coffee. I see on most days, you are under 1200 cals. Try to get to a minimum of 1200. I would ad in a am and pm snack. Maybe an apple 2 hrs after breakfast, and a 100 cal snack pak (Nabisco?) about 2 hours after lunch. Try this for a month and see what happens. Did alot of walking in the last week. Up to 15 miles. I am thinking about getting a pedomiter as I will be starting a new job in about 2 weeks. I will be doing a lot of standing and walking for work. Any recomendations on good pedomiters?

Basically, water poisening is where you drink so much water you wash the vital nutrients out of your system and start to go into organ shut down. Several college kids have been killed this way during hazing over the last few years. There is such a thing as "Too much of a good thing".
