How can I speed my metabolism up?

So I did this dumb thing where I eat very not often. And my metabolism died.
Any tips on how to speed it back up, despite the fact that I don't eat very much?

    Eat between 5 or 6 SMALL meals a day. An example, XXXX cals / 5 meals a day is XXX cals per meal. The more times you feed your body, the more your body has to work (matabolise) the food. Hope this makes sence.

    I read your other posts. I am really concerned about your struggles. You may want to speak to someone that can help you with these struggles. If you are an athlete your weight seems to be in line with your height. Perhaps a trainer can help you sculp the areas that you find problematic. I do hope you find some local support. You are starting your life journey and loving your body and yourself are quite an important part of becoming whole and strong. The best to you, Anita

    thanks :) I used to have a trainer. after that it got out of hand. but i'm doing my best to be better. and i'm so close to my goal! except i killed my metabolism hahah

    This is false. Eating 5-6 small meals a day will not speed up your metabolism. The biggest thing is making sure that you are eating enough. Meal frequency should be based on your preference.
