This thread is really moving just like our @sses!:laugh:
Yesterday was a 4 mile run/walk right after the sun came up. The fog was lifting and the sun shown on the dew, it was absolutely beautiful. Ohhhhh the simple pleasures huh?
Today while visiting another town for my nieces wedding I speed walked for over an hour so i will say a good 4 miles. I walk FAST!
I am hoping this week I can peddle some miles to get in the green!! Have you been wondering what's up with me Dino's? I PROMISE I have NOT been SITTIN on my @ss either!:laugh:

This has been a very good week for me weight loss and exercise wise. I have although been putting forth 110% on everything I have done this week. When I don't feel like walking/exercising I make myself do it...and by the time I've lost 500 calories I'm in the mood to keep going! What a great week!!! Concentrating on my arms and stomach this week has been helpful too. Tightening my stomach in while I walk/jog has been a huge help!
And picture this....you see someone walking/jogging in the park talking to herself and you even hear her yell at herself every so often...now THAT is nuts at its best! hahahaa!!!! Yep...I yell at myself, kinda nutty but it works!
