    I am also new to this challenge and I would like to set 75 miles as my goal for the month. This will be a combination of cycling, running, and walking. I'm excited to see how far I can go!

    Love my treadclimber! Only did a mile, but it counts it out to 300 calories. Total for me for the month would be 9 miles heading toward a goal of 50 miles

    3 miles today running in a park I rarely visit. Lots of small hills but I showed them who is boss.
    And I'm lime green! Hooray!

    Went for a wonderful walk/run in Lisbon for 3.21. Started as a walk as it was just uphill and then I ran the downhill. At the top got a beautiful view of the city looking out onto the water.

    Looks like I will be there more often for business. I will do that one again.

    Guys, I have a knee injury that causing me great pain so I'm going to stop exercising until I go to the doctor next week. I am so bummed about it. :sad:

    Hey. Raring to go now that I'm back to full speed and I'm going to get my 150km this month come hell or high water.

    June 1st = 5km
    June 4th = 2km
    June 6th = 2km
    June 7th = 8.5km

    17.5km moved, 132.5km to go!!

    HI! Newbie here. This sounds like a great challenge and I'm in. I'm in for 80 miles with combined biking/elliptical/treadmill/etc.
