ok, so i've lost like 33 pounds or something like that and I am giving myself a deadline/goal to lose 50 pounds in 10 months. but I have hit a platue, and I was walking about 2 miles everyday and eating healthly but now I'm stuck. what are you guys out in the land of MFP doing as a workout? please. I need help.
Has anybody tried this? I really want to but I dont have $140 because I'm to young to work, but anyways I was wondering if it really works

I cant run because I have severe asthma but what else can I do I cant go to the gym, my parents cant afford a gym membership and I dont have any dumb bells here at home so no equiptment…
